Our recruitment process

  • We review your application

    We check your CV and motivation letter. If we are triggered by your application, we invite you for a first, short telephone interview.

  • First interview

    Let's find out if there is a match! We will talk about your experiences and ambitions and about Orange Cyberdefense as a company. Get to know us by asking any question you might have. Don't hold back!

  • In depth-interview

    If there was a match at both sides, we will invite you for a second, more technical interview. We test your skills by asking questions or via a business case and see if you are up for the challenge. Show us the best of yourself!

  • Offer

    After collecting all the feedback from the hiring team we will make you an irresistible offer.

  • Sign the contract

Some "frequently asked questions"

  • We look for people who are ambitious, driven and are eager to learn. We hire people who care about constant learning, making an impact, building for the long term but who also know how to make working fun.

  • Yes. We recommend selecting only 1-2 roles that you believe are the best fit for yourself and the next step for your career. During the process, your recruiter will also help you explore the best options for you.

  • Absolutely. If re-applying for the same role, we encourage you to first gain additional experience. 

  • Our recruitment team reviews every application, and we follow up with everyone regardless of the outcome. Unless otherwise stated, you can expect to hear back from us within two weeks after you have applied. Of course, we are only human.   • We always try to keep the procedure as short as possible. We do this by combining conversations with all the people involved. In this way, we aim to complete the application after a maximum of 3 interviews.

  • One of HR Business Partners will provide you with more information on what to expect and how to prepare for your interviews. Our hope is to have an authentic conversation on both sides.

  • We do not have a specific dress code so come in the outfit that makes you feel good.

  • Orange Cyberdefense is responsible for the processing of personal data entered is collected and processed within the framework of the recruitment process. To review your application, we will provide the information, including the personal data, that you provide have disclosed in your application and resume. We recommend sensitive personal data, such as information about race or ethnic origin, religion, union membership, sexual orientation, health, etc., in your application.

If you are offered a position at Orange Cyberdefense, your application and additional will be added personal data acquired in your personnel file during the recruitment process included.

    If you are not offered a vacancy, we will save your application and any additional personal data obtained during the recruitment process during 24 months after our rejection, unless you have permitted to keep this data for longer. Your data is stored in Afas, our recruitment system. 

    Any permission you have given during the application and / or recruitment procedure can be at all be withdrawn by contacting us.
